1. Our Commitment
We want you to love Creato. If something isn't working for you, we're happy to review your request and make it right whenever we reasonably can.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of an initial upgrade or first payment on a paid plan. After this window, payments become non-refundable.
3. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings to prevent the next charge. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request is made within 7 days of the original charge.
- The account has not been suspended for Terms of Service violations.
- Usage of paid AI credits remains within reasonable limits.
5. Non-Refundable Items
One-time purchases of AI credits, add-ons, or downloadable assets that have already been consumed or delivered are non-refundable.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@mycreato.com from the address associated with your account. Include your order ID and a short note about why you'd like a refund. We typically respond within 2 business days.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while under review.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notification.
