You must be at least 13 years old to use Creato. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. AI-Generated Content
Content generated through Creato's AI tools is yours to use, subject to applicable laws and the rights of third parties. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs do not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of an upgrade.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Creato to create hateful, illegal, defamatory, or deceptive content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be removed as the Service evolves.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
